Installation on the BOBI ROUND stand

Installation in the ground with Bobi Round stand

With the Bobi Round installation stand, a single letterbox is installed directly into the ground. It is compatible with all round-top Bobi letterboxes (except Bobi Xpress).

The installation requires a drill/screwdriver, a 6-7 mm metal drill bit, a measuring tape, and a shovel (and concrete if needed).

Frost protection is usually not needed for the foundation. However, if the ground is susceptible to frost, the need for frost insulation should be determined. The mailbox with the mounting stand is lowered into the foundation pit, ensuring that the filling slot is at the height recommended by the postal service. The mailbox is supported vertically, and the pit is filled with gravel or stone fill, or concrete.

Note! Before starting the installation work, ensure that the location is exactly where it should be.
